Our Britalia Family

We are a family of five, and our business is very much a family business.  I am Romany, and my Wife Charntelle, and we have three wonderful daughters. Building our business is done in the same way we have built our family; with passion, dedication and a handful of fun! Our girls, Fabia, Starla and Praize have all grown up to love food and enjoy being part of our business team. We are all passionate about Italian food; it is our long established, favourite food.

Italians are known for being passionate, and our passion and hard-working approach make our restaurant one where families keep coming back.  Our story of building a business like building a family resonates with so many other families; mix that with good homemade Italian food; and we have the perfect recipe for success!

The name Britalia came to fruition as we mix Italian with British…giving us Britalia!

Our chef comes from a fine dining background, and has won many awards in previous establishments, and we have a shelf waiting for our own awards to come flooding in!  We are planning to put Italian cuisine in Mansfield firmly on the map of good food in a wonderful setting!

Parking at Britalia

Toothill Lane carpark is literally just behind our restaurant. It is a pay and display and has CCTV surveillance.
Clumber Street carpark (Wilko's carpark) is a minutes walk, just across the road. This is also a pay and display, with CCTV surveillance.
There is also a over spill carpark called Toothill which is a pay and display but has no CCTV and is situated on a hill. This is less convenient for younger families with buggies etc. This is a two minute walk to us by walking back under the bridge towards town.
